Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By contracting the services of WeCode Software Sloth, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.

2. Services

We offer web design, development, SEO optimization, and maintenance services. The specific scope of each project will be detailed in the formal quote or proposal sent to the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the project, the Client obtains full ownership rights over the specific website design and code. WeCode Software Sloth reserves the right to use the project in its portfolio and retains intellectual property over pre-existing tools, libraries, or generic base code.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a down payment (typically 50%) to start, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

5. Warranty

We offer a post-launch warranty period (detailed in your package) to fix potential technical errors attributable to development. This warranty does not cover alterations made by third parties outside WeCode Software Sloth.

6. Governing Law

Any dispute related to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
